What Youll Own
- End-to-End Sales Lead the entire sales cycle across India/ME/APAC, from cold outreach to contract closure
- Quota Ownership Consistently deliver ARR; build and maintain a repeatable, scalable pipeline
- Trusted Advisor Status Engage CXOs and navigate complex buying processes including compliance and procurement
- Hybrid GTM Drive both direct and indirect sales; develop and manage strategic partner channels (resellers, MSSPs)
- Team Captain Guide SDRs, AEs, and SEs with clear OKRs and winning deal strategies
- Field Intelligence Be the voice of the customer; bring back insights that shape our roadmap
What Youll Bring
- 812+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with proven success in IAM, security, or identity domains
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas in India, Middle East, or APAC markets
- Deep understanding of the IAM buyer journey: security, compliance, IT, and procurement
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to technical and business decision-makers
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and excellent CRM hygiene
- Bonus: Experience pitching cloud-native or agent-based platforms
