Biitcode is urgently looking for General Manager for our reputed Client into pharmaceutical contract manufacturing engaged in high-quality formulation manufacturing for reputed pharma brands Plz find position details below Position General Manager Location Thane Ghodbunder road Requisites B Pharm M Pharm MBA Operations Pharma Management preferred Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes regulatory norms and quality systems Proven ability to handle P L responsibility and strategic decision-making Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to operations Responsibilities 1 Operations Production Management Oversee day-to-day plant operations ensuring production targets and quality standards are met Coordinate with production QA QC purchase and logistics teams for smooth workflow Monitor efficiency minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective production 2 Strategic Planning Business Growth Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for business expansion Identify new contract manufacturing opportunities and partnerships Analyze market trends and contribute to product and business diversification strategies 3 Quality Compliance Ensure compliance with GMP WHO and other regulatory requirements Liaise with regulatory bodies auditors and external stakeholders for approvals and inspections Maintain documentation and quality standards across all departments 4 Financial Budgetary Control Prepare annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets Monitor P L optimize operational costs and ensure profitability Approve major purchases and contracts within delegated authority 5 Leadership Team Development Lead mentor and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Foster a performance-driven ethical and collaborative work culture Build leadership pipelines and succession planning within the team 6 Client Stakeholder Management Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business associations Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality assurance Interested candidates can share their resumes on 7822813962 Job Type Full-time Pay 1 100 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person
