Senior Manager Procurement About the Company - QNu Labs is India s first and only quantum security technology company building globally competitive quantum-safe solutions to secure mission-critical data - Headquartered in Bangalore QNu Labs is backed by the National Quantum Mission NQM under the Department of Science Technology Government of India - Our patent-backed products- Armos QKD Tropos QRNG QHSM and the QShield- platform powered by NIST-compliant PQC - enable unbreakable encryption for defense telecom and enterprises These technologies are certified by the Telecommunication Engineering Centre TEC and are successfully deployed across the Indian Army Navy public sector and global enterprises - We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who want to shape the future of cybersecurity through cutting-edge technologies At QNu Labs you- ll work alongside the country s top minds in quantum physics hardware and software to build world-class quantum products made in India- for the world QNu Labs has been recognized with multiple national accolades including - Winner National Award for Technology Startups 2022 DST Government of India - League of 10 NASSCOM Emerge 50 2024 - iDEX Challenge Winner MoD Raksha Anveshan Ratna 2022 - DSCI s Most Innovative Product Award 2019 - Innovation in Blockchain - Aegis Graham Bell Award 2023 - Join us in our mission to protect the digital world with indigenous future-proof quantum-safe technologies - If you re passionate about solving real-world supply chain challenges have a strong hands-on approach to procurement and are driven to build efficient sourcing strategies and a high-performance procurement team- read on- Role Summary This person will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement within the procurement and inventory function of organization Key Responsibilities - Assist with the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with QNu goals and objectives - Manage the end-to-end procurement process including supplier qualifications and screenings requisitions purchase order creation changes RFx contracts etc - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Create and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers - Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure favourable terms for QNu - Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies - Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements - Track and report on procurement metrics including cost savings supplier performance and procurement cycle times - Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain - Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to procurement - Lead and mentor a team of procurement store professionals - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the procurement team - Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance inventory control space management logistics floor productivity shipping and customer service - Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime - Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities - Oversee Physical Inventory and records maintain upto date records - Suggest and implement best practices Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s degree in business administration Supply Chain Management or a related field - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement and warehouse operations preferably within the software or technology industry with history of advancing roles responsibilities - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies - Strong negotiation contract management and review and supplier relationship management skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in procurement software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Industry Preference Experience in the SaaS or IT industry is preferred with strong exposure to tech-driven environments and a focus on process automation Excited to join us Share your resume - we- d love to hear from you
