business outcomes You ll be a troubleshooter extraordinaire diagnosing and repairing complex equipment software and systems with ease Nothing will be too challenging for you to solve as you respond to escalated issues report critical design flaws reliability and maintenance problems and bugs Responsibilities Include Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IAM system Work with customers business analysts and application teams to understand access requirements Maintain documentation for the IAM program Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks Provide training to new users on the IAM system Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organizations business needs Collaborate with the incident response team and security analysts to monitor data transfer implement security measures conduct risk assessments and remediate vulnerabilities Understand business needs and develop creative solutions to cater to the varying needs of clients and customers by leading the engineering team to develop a highly intuitive and configurable system Gather and prioritize requirements manage scope and backlog build project plans oversee regression testing configuration changes and complete delivery of products solutions You ll be the go-to person for our customers who require assistance with highly technical or sophisticated products as well as for customer installations and training With your passion for technology you ll provide world-class support that exceeds customer expectations As Technical Support you ll perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues using your technical expertise and available resources to ensure that our customers issues are resolved efficiently and effectively You ll also have the opportunity to perform installs moves adds and changes IMAC activities as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts for clients ensuring that all related administrative duties are completed within Service Level Agreement objectives You will develop a deep understanding of the local and regional infrastructure as well And finally youre open and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Experience 3 years of experience in Technical Support as an IAM Administrator Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organizations identity management system Sound knowledge of operating systems like Windows AIX and Linux Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues Participate in IAM projects and initiatives Profound experience with scripting particularly PowerShell Any bachelor s degree in a related technical field3 or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management IAM Experience developing and presenting executive presentations utilizing Excel PowerPoint and or Visio Working knowledge of Zero Trust principles Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Any bachelor s degree in a related technical field with MCSE or any Microsoft
