Leadmetrics AI Private Limited, the company behind this innovative SaaS offering, is headquartered in Kochi, Kerala with offices in NY, USA & Dubai Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various online channels. This is a hybrid position, We prefer candidates who can join in 30 days in our office in Kochi with proven track record on Performance Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. - SEO/SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and analyze performance to improve ROI. - Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. - Lead Generation: Design and execute strategies to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy. Qualifications: - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns on PPC & Meta. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - SEO/SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices. - Content Creation: Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation and management. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Creativity: A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and adapt to changing trends. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
