We are looking for a talented **Digital Marketing Strategist** with hands of experience to join our team of Abe services at **Cochin.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI.
- Ensuring planning, execution, and optimization for critical traffic KPIs via paid, organic & other media channels.
- Work with design teams to ensure a continuous pipeline for high-performing creatives.
- Track, report, and analyze website traffic and trigger actionable and continuous improvement. Manage and optimize the website from time to time.
- Develop SEO content and optimize the web pages for important keywords.
- Research and write keyword-optimized blogs for the Abe Services website.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing and SEO strategy, & execution plan.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of our CRM system and enable smooth connectivity between our lead sources and the CRM.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & results.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- You have proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- You have in-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- You have proven experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. Experience with tools like Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Privyr, Lead Squared, MailChimp and Click-Funnels.
- You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM. You must have at least 4 pages that you have optimized for the first page in Google.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
- You have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong ethics and reliability.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
