- Front Office Incharge Location Central Academy School Barmer Rajasthan Position Type Full-Time Role Overview The Front Office Incharge will serve as the first point of contact for parents students visitors and staff The role requires strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills to manage front desk operations efficiently and represent the school in a professional manner Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors parents and students with courtesy and professionalism Handle incoming calls emails and general inquiries Maintain visitor logs student teacher attendance records and front office registers Provide accurate information related to admissions events and school policies Coordinate with the Principal and Administration for scheduling appointments meetings and communications Support admission procedures and documentation Ensure reception and waiting areas are well-maintained Maintain confidentiality of school records and sensitive information Assist in day-to-day administrative support as required Qualifications Skills Required Graduate in any discipline preferred Administration Management Commerce or English Minimum 2-3 years of experience in school administration front office reception preferred Strong communication skills in English Hindi verbal and written Computer proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and email correspondence Pleasant personality good grooming and professional demeanor Ability to multitask remain calm under pressure and handle parents visitors effectively Compensation Salary will be as per school norms and commensurate with experience How to Apply Interested candidates may send their resume to contact centralacademy ac in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
