Lead Civil Engineering for Large Utility Scale Renewable Energy projects Opportunity to grow and achieve your full potential within the organization Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations Preparations of PV Plant layouts array grouping trench designing understandings for cable laying and designing of trenches as per the land layout profiles Resolving design and development problems Managing budgets and project resources Scheduling material manpower deployment equipment purchase and deliveries as may need from time to time Ensuring project compliance with regulations especially health and safety Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time Lead Civil Engineering for Large Utility Scale Renewable Energy projects Opportunity to grow your career with a leading renewable energy company Education B Tech or M Tech in Civil Engineering Overall 10 years of experience with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in civil structural plant layout related activities in solar design and engineering for PV plants Good exposures and experience in designing of roads buildings module mounting structures OSHA and NFPA70E trainings are pluses Overall design experience and excellent exposures to design and drawing of various civil constructions Capable to prepare BOQ according to the Building and Structure standard codes Competency in general arrangement layout of Solar PV plants Good experience in preparations of detail project reports technical feasibility reports and RFQs for various construction works involve in Solar PV projects Knowledge of preliminary site and technical analysis including site contour soil testing flood analysis and hydrology test Savvy in using a range of computer softwares for developing detailed designs and undertaking complex calculation Competent to discuss with clients vendors and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors for compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Negotiating supervisory and leadership skills Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities A multinational company that has been developing engineering financing constructing and operating over 2 GW of solar PV assets in India Our client is dedicated to advancing the adoption of clean and sustainable energy technologies to combat climate change and create a brighter future for all An opportunity to drive impactful projects in the renewable energy sector and contribute to India s sustainable future
