Job Description

Infrastructure & Property Management

- Identify and evaluate commercial properties based on business expansion needs.
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation with property owners and agents.
- Supervise fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure timely execution and budget adherence.
- Drive branch rollout plans across locations, ensuring readiness and alignment with operational goals.

Facilities Management

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and space utilization.
- Implement and monitor facility-related services such as housekeeping, security, and utilities.
- Ensure workplace infrastructure supports employee productivity and safety standards.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure statutory compliance across all office infrastructure and facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and external agencies to ensure timely approvals and adherence to norms.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and solution-creation capabilities
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior management and stakeholders
