Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Deputy General Manager DGM with 12 to 14 years of experience in Mortgage Loan to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer lending and application management This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and ensure operational excellence in the mortgage loan domain Responsibilities Lead the mortgage loan division to achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee the end-to-end process of mortgage loan applications ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Provide strategic direction to the team focusing on improving loan processing efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the mortgage loan application management system Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline mortgage loan operations Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth Ensure the timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster a high-performance culture Manage relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and regulatory bodies Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction in the mortgage loan process Analyze financial data and reports to make informed decisions and drive business performance Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the mortgage loan industry Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team Qualifications Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in mortgage loan management Have a strong background in consumer lending and application management Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Show proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the mortgage loan industry Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrate a track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation Be pr Certifications RequiredCERTIFIED MORTGAGE BANKER CMB CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE SPECIALIST CRMS
