The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to operate from Coimbatore and Chennai as required. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for roles in the Water sector, EPCC projects, and internal functions - Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop talent strategies - Source and screen candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process - Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers - Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building - Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports Requirements - 37 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environments - Proven experience hiring for Water / Infrastructure / EPCC sectors - Experience working as an in-house recruiter is highly preferred - Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Work Flexibility - Candidate should be open to working from the Coimbatore office 2 days per week - Willing to spend up to 2 weeks in the Chennai office when required (accommodation will be arranged by the company) - Open to candidates from anywhere in India, but preference will be given to those closer to Coimbatore Interested candidates kindly forward your resume to [Confidential Information] or call 8438292044
