We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 9-10 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders.
