About the Role Deputy Manager / Manager – Application Engineering Responsibilities - Provide technical solutions and resolve client queries related to MCCB, ACB, Contactors, and other switchgear components. - Lead customer interactions and ensure timely approvals of engineering deliverables. - Travel to customer sites as needed for technical discussions and approvals. - Guide and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Drive goal-oriented execution and maintain discipline and punctuality. - Communicate effectively with international customers (verbal and written). - Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of LV switchgear products and protection relays. - Attend technical meetings with customers for drawing approvals. - Take initiative in cost reduction, design standardisation, and process improvements.
