100Hires is a fast-growing B2B SaaS that automates recruiting workflows for hundreds of companies worldwide We move quickly keep processes light and value direct ownership over long meetings Founded in 2019 we have 1 500 verified reviews on G2 Capterra 4 8 5 avg and were featured as an ATS 1 by Forbes Advisor Our applicant-tracking platform helps SMBs attract screen and hire top talent faster by automating email SMS voicemail drops interview scheduling and candidate scoring We re bootstrapped ambitious and laser-focused on delivering value to our customers We re seeking a T-shaped growth-focused marketing professional to own our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels This role is perfect for a smart adaptable marketer with B2B SaaS experience who can produce diverse content types and drive measurable growth This role is for a T-shaped growth-focused marketer who will own marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and retention Create educational and promotional content across formats including blog posts landing pages LinkedIn posts case studies YouTube videos and knowledge-base articles Plan and run weekly webinars manage monthly newsletters and email campaigns Coordinate channel partnerships co-marketing initiatives and influencer relationships Monitor analyze and report PPC performance on Google LinkedIn and YouTube Define goals maintain existing channels conduct cross-channel performance analysis and design experiments to test and scale new channels Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience ideally with products priced around 2k-5k ACV Proven ability to produce educational and promotional content in multiple formats Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English Preferred qualifications Experience managing PPC campaigns and using analytics tools Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems or background in HR technology recruitment Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation Demonstrated success in growing SaaS products
