Job Overview Narayana e-TECHNO School Bhilai seeks a dedicated and professional School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students parents and visitors This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing administrative support to ensure smooth school operations Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management Greet and assist students parents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Manage incoming calls and inquiries directing them to the appropriate personnel Maintain a neat and organized reception area Administrative Support Assist in managing student records and filing systems Schedule appointments for parents and staff meetings Support teachers and administrative staff with various clerical tasks as needed Communication Distribute school notices and communications to parents and staff Act as a liaison between parents students and school personnel Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency providing first aid if required Visitor Management Ensure all visitors sign in and out issuing visitor badges Inform relevant staff about visitor arrivals and appointments Data Management Maintain and update student attendance records Assist with data entry and management of school databases Support for School Events Assist in organizing and coordinating school events functions and extracurricular activities Help manage logistics including setup materials and refreshments Qualifications Education High school diploma required additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel Outlook Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and school operations is an advantage Personal Attributes Friendly approachable and professional appearance Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Working Conditions The position is primarily based in a school environment May require extended hours during events or peak school periods Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Experience Microsoft Office 1 year Required Front desk - Receptionist 1 year Required Work Location In person
