Job Overview:
Narayana e-TECHNO School, Bhilai, seeks a dedicated and professional School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing administrative support to ensure smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing student records and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments for parents and staff meetings.
- Support teachers and administrative staff with various clerical tasks as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Distribute school notices and communications to parents and staff.
- Act as a liaison between parents, students, and school personnel.
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, providing first aid if required.
- **Visitor Management**:

- Ensure all visitors sign in and out, issuing visitor badges.
- Inform relevant staff about visitor arrivals and appointments.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update student attendance records.
- Assist with data entry and management of school databases.
- **Support for School Events**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, functions, and extracurricular activities.
- Help manage logistics, including setup, materials, and refreshments.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and school operations is an advantage.
