Your typical day will involve researching, gathering and synthesizing information, assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities - Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research, gather and synthesize information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. - Assist QA team for creation and review of testware. Professional & Technical Skills - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Payments Fundamentals, crossborder and SEPA instant payments. Knowledge of Accounting solutions in banking domain. - Good To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis. - Experience in analyzing and designing processes and systems. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation.
