Job Summary:

We&aposre looking for an HR Intern to assist our HR team with various tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

- Support employee onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions

- Help administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including event planning and communication

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee recognition programs, and compliance audits

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

- Previous HR experience or internship

- Knowledge of HR software and systems, including HRIS and recruitment platforms

- Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR
