Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.

2. Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

3. Project Planning: Assist in project planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, including design and construction problems.

6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documents, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

7. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety standards.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

2. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.

3. Skills:

- Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, materials science, and hydraulics.

- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
