Civil Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with regulations while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and manage civil construction projects (roads, buildings, bridges, water systems, etc.)
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineers
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor project expenses
- Supervise construction activities and resolve on-site issues
- Prepare project reports and documentation for management/client approval
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in civil engineering projects (freshers may apply for junior roles)
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Office, or other engineering software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience:
- Entry Level (0–2 years) – Junior Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
- Mid-Level (3–7 years) – Civil Engineer / Project Engineer
- Senior Level (8 years) – Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager
