The Graduate Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and planning civil engineering projects, conducting and documentation of research activities and ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering tasks. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed designs, collaborating with other engineers and professionals, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.QualificationsCivil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skillsKnowledge and practice as Civil EngineersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is requiredExperience with industry-standard software and toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentPrevious experience in R&D projects is a plusRoles and Responsibilities:1.Collaborate on Project TasksAssist in designing, developing, and testing project components.Work under the guidance of senior engineers or project leads to learn best practices.2.Research and DocumentationConduct research on relevant technologies or methodologies.Document findings, processes, and project progress regularly.3.Problem-Solving and InnovationContribute fresh ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes.Take part in brainstorming sessions and team discussions.4.Learning and Skill EnhancementShow initiative in learning new tools, frameworks, or processes.Seek feedback from mentors and proactively work on personal development
