The position operates in a hybrid work model with no travel required and involves day shifts. Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of complex projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that align with business objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes. - Develop and implement best practices and methodologies for delivery management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and organizational priorities. - Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to foster a cohesive project environment. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status challenges and achievements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance project delivery strategies. - Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams to drive successful project outcomes. - Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and training opportunities.
