About the role

The incumbent will optimize our hotels pricing strategy, maximize revenue, and enhance competitiveness in the market. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns to make data-driven pricing recommendations

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for a particular zone
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns for approximately 200+ Treebo properties within the given zone
- Adjust room rates dynamically based on seasonality, special events, and market conditions
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing for different segments (corporate, leisure, group, etc.)
- Analyze historical data, forecast demand, and provide recommendations for rate adjustments
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), and occupancy rates
- Utilize market intelligence tools (STR reports, OTA insights, etc.) to make informed decisions
- Identify opportunities for promotions and discounts to drive demand
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align pricing strategies
- Coordinate with online travel agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners for pricing execution
- Support contract negotiations with corporate clients and travel agencies

What are we looking for

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics or Mathematics
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or a related field in the hotel industry
- Experience working with hotel management systems (PMS, CRS, RMS) and OTA platforms. Knowledge of hotel KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rate
- Comfortable working on advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
