About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, with a strong educational background and expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. This role will primarily focus on conducting extensive number crunching,analyzingpricing data, and providing strategic insights to optimize our pricing strategies.

What will youdo

PricingAnalysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decision-making. Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends to inform pricing adjustments. Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments based on analysis of cost structures, market dynamics, and customerbehaviour.

Reporting and Visualization:

Custodian formaintaining and building pricingmetrics. Build models and dashboards to organize, visualize, and disseminate data analysis/insights Maintain List pricesin excel/SQL,Incorta, Salesforce, Oracle, Anaplan. Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection and analysisAd-hoc Projectsand Automation: Participate invarious analysisprojects torepresent data. Automate data analysis usingPython ,R or power queryData Analysis and Modelling: Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Python, Pandas, and NumPy to conduct complex data analysis andmodelling. Develop predictive pricing models to forecast demand, evaluate pricing scenarios, and inform strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams topresent data and align KPI's.

Who you are and what you bring:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred. 2-5years of experience in pricing analysis, with a focus on B2B ,servicesand B2C pricing. Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query, as well as proficiency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent executive presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts through storytelling in PowerPoint. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing strategies in the B2B context.
