Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise outdoor operations and field teams. - Develop operational plans and ensure alignment with project goals. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and implement improvement strategies. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
