Manager / Senior Manager - RCM Operations US Medical Billing (Practice Excellence) Location: Mohali Company: Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving excellence in US Healthcare RCM? Nath Outsourcing is seeking a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager to champion operational excellence and client success within our dynamic Practice Excellence team. Key Responsibilities: Client Partnership & Strategic Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted partnerships with US Physicians and their offices. Proactively understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional satisfaction through timely issue resolution. Operational Excellence & Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and interpret operational data and KPIs to track performance and identify trends. Drive data-backed process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the RCM lifecycle. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams (AR, Credentialing, Patient Services, etc.), facilitating seamless communication. Champion process improvement projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and implement best practices. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Expertise: Apply your end-to-end RCM knowledge—from Patient Intake and Charge Entry to Payment Posting, A/R Management, and Denials—to guide teams and optimize outcomes. What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience): A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). At least 3-4 years in a leadership role with proven experience managing teams and driving results. A minimum of 2 years of direct client-facing experience , communicating with US Physicians and/or their front-office staff. A graduate degree in any stream is required. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven Project Manager: Ability to juggle multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Data-Driven Analyst: Strong analytical skills to dissect performance metrics and identify actionable insights for improvement.
