Senior It Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the technology infrastructure for our company with responsibility for our branches in Pune Mumbai and Spain The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and experience in handling multi-location teams and projects and Implementing IT policies This role will require both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure our IT systems and services run smoothly enabling our teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences Key Responsibilities 1 Infrastructure Management Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure for our offices Pune Mumbai Barcelona ensuring all systems networks and servers are up and running efficiently Implement and maintain high level security practices across all locations protecting company data and gaming assets Ensure proper hardware software and network resources are available and optimized for game development testing and live operations 2 Team Leadership and Coordination Lead and manage IT teams ensuring consistent performance and collaboration Coordinate with cross-functional teams Development QA Marketing etc to ensure smooth IT operations and support for all ongoing projects 3 Project Management Plan implement and manage IT-related projects such as system upgrades migrations and new software or tools deployments Manage budget resources and timelines for IT projects across Pune Mumbai and Spain ensuring on-time delivery and minimal disruptions to business operations 4 Support and Troubleshooting Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for IT issues in a timely manner ensuring minimal downtime for game development and operational teams Oversee the deployment and management of IT systems and tools including cloud solutions version control and project management software ensuring they are functioning at optimum levels 5 Collaboration with External Vendors Build and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions for software hardware and network needs Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors for IT services hardware procurement and game development tools 6 Compliance and Documentation Ensure that IT operations adhere to local and international regulations particularly data privacy laws in India and Spain Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems processes and procedures for the Pune Mumbai and Spain offices 7 Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends especially those impacting the gaming industry and recommend innovative solutions to improve performance efficiency and security Evaluate and propose new technologies and tools that can help the company remain competitive in the fast-paced gaming sector Qualification Requirements Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Relevant certifications e g ITIL PMP are a plus Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 5 years in a leadership position Strong experience managing multi-location IT teams ideally with experience in international offices Experience in the gaming industry or related entertainment sectors is highly preferred Excellent understanding of IT systems network infrastructure cybersecurity and cloud technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and solve complex technical problems Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different cultures What We Offer Creative Growth Be part of a team shaping the future of mobile game art in the industry Competitive Compensation Attractive salary package with performance- based incentives Dynamic Work Culture Join a passionate team dedicated to creativity and innovation in gaming Industry Exposure Work with leading game studios and creators driving the stylized art movement
