We offer a range of services, including stablecoin payments, currency conversion, and real-time treasury management, to help businesses manage their global financial needs. Our Core Services: 1. Stablecoin Payments: Help businesses accept and process payments with stablecoins, easily and securely. 2. Baas Offering: Help businesses create bank accounts and digital wallets for their retail customers and help them deepen their customer offering and improve stickiness. 3. Treasury Management: Provide real-time visibility into cash flow and help businesses make smart investment decisions and move the same faster leveraging stablecoins 4. Cross-Border Payments: Allow businesses to send and receive money instantly, even internationally. 5. On/ Off ramp: Convert fiat to crypto and vice versa with real-time settlement, local bank connectivity, optimal pricing through multi-venue aggregation, and easy-to-integrate, fully compliant APIs. We work with top companies like Binance, DoorDash, and Noon, as well as major financial institutions like JPMorgan. About the role: We are seeking an ambitious and versatile professional to join our team as a key member of the Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, gaining a front-row seat to the entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments, including strategy, partnerships, operations, finance, analytics, and more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the company's trajectory and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success. You'll solve a variety of problems and move the needle, helping Roma move forward Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with the Founder to support various strategic initiatives and projects - Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Zamp. - Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Roma's goals and vision - Innovation and New Initiatives: Drive innovation and new initiatives within the organization. Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to inform business strategy and positioning. - Investor Relations and Fundraising: Assist in managing investor relations and fundraising activities and work closely with the Founder - Global Expansion and Market Entry: Support the Founder in exploring and executing global expansion strategies, including market entry into new countries and regions, assessing regulatory landscapes and market opportunities, and overseeing successful market entry initiatives. - Talent Acquisition and Development: Contribute to talent acquisition and development initiatives, participating in the recruitment process for key roles - Customer Experience and Satisfaction: Prioritize customer experience and satisfaction, working closely with the customer service and product teams to understand customer needs and feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build strong customer relationships Qualifications & Skill Set Required : - 5+ years of relevant experience working in a management/strategy/consulting domain or in a fast-paced startup environment - Proven experience in business growth and partnerships within the Fintech or Crypto industry [Is a plus] - Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics. An MBA is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels - A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment - Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
