Job Description

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Attractive package + fuel allowance

Target: 15 new store/clients onboarding per month (200 stores/year)

Plan B is one of Indias fastest-growing plant-based food brands, offering premium vegan cheese, mayonnaise, nut butters and sauces to retail and HoReCa clients. Were looking for a driven, target-oriented Sales Executive who can grow our presence across Mumbais retail outlets and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales

- Onboard new retail outlets (supermarkets, gourmet stores, organic shops)
- Generate and follow up on orders from new & existing stores
- Ensure proper stock rotation, visibility, and merchandising
- Collect payments and manage follow-ups for outstanding dues

HoReCa Sales

- Pitch products to hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and caterers
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and business owners
- Convert leads into regular, high-volume clients

Additional Tasks

- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Set up promotional material in stores
- Coordinate product sampling/tasting events
- Maintain daily visit logs and submit weekly sales reports

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year sales experience in FMCG or HoReCa
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Mumbai market preferred
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license
- Self-motivated and results-driven
