Job Description SmartCADD is hiring an experienced Senior BIM Lead / Technical Lead BIM to manage project delivery, guide BIM modelers, and maintain high-quality Revit modelling standards. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP), BIM workflows, Scan-to-BIM, and team leadership. This role requires expertise in Revit, BIM modelling, BIM coordination, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, and internal QA/QC processes. You will work closely with the Director based in Australia and lead the technical team in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities Lead the technical execution of multidisciplinary BIM projects (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Scan-to-BIM). Create and maintain project templates, modelling standards, and best practices. Understand project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines. Allocate tasks to the team and ensure ontime delivery. Perform inhouse QA/QC before every client submission. Train and mentor junior modelers; plan upskilling and internal training schedules. Support the redevelopment and refinement of internal workflows and processes. Assist in creating and implementing QA/QC procedures, standards, checklists, and templates. Foster a positive team culture and productive working environment. Ensure software license compliance and basic IT coordination. Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the Director. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or teamleading role. * 812 years of handson experience with Revit (multidisciplinary experience preferred). Strong understanding of LOD requirements (LOD 100400). Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, ACC/BIM360. Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication skills (basic English required for reporting and delivery communication). Experience working with international clients (preferred but not essential). Understanding of ISO/BIM standards is an advantage. Awareness of automation tools such as Dynamo is an advantage. Must be able to work from the Ahmedabad office. - Must have minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
