- Company Description SURCOAT PAINTS PRIVATE LIMITED is a paints & allied products manufacturing company located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The company specializes in products and services related to high-performance coatings and paints. Location: Lucknow | Industry: Manufacturing (Paints/Chemicals) | Experience: 5-8 years About the Role: We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to become the cornerstone of our back-office operations. This is not a routine accounting role. You will be entrusted with securing our financial foundation and building the systems that drive operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Director and have a clear path to heading integrated operations. You Are the Right Fit If You Are: - A qualified CA Inter / CMA / or a seasoned Senior Accountant with expertise in Tally ERP and end-to-end financial management. - Someone who finds satisfaction in correcting complex books, ensuring compliance, and creating order from chaos. - Proactive and systematic, with an interest in using data and modern tools (AI, advanced Excel) to improve business processes. - A clear communicator who can professionally interact with suppliers, customers, and teams. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of accounting, finalization, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Reconcile and regularize all financial ledgers, ensuring audit-ready records. - Design and implement financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Analyze operational data to improve processes in procurement, inventory, and cost management. - Act as the key point of contact for financial and operational coordination. What You Will Achieve: - Transform financial records into a transparent, reliable asset for decision-making. - Build a robust compliance framework. - Create a documented playbook of business processes. - Grow into a leadership role overseeing finance and operations. Skills & Qualifications: - CA Inter / CMA / M.Com with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial accounting. - Expert-level proficiency in Tally (ERP 9/Prime) and advanced Excel. - In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate compliance. - Strong analytical skills and a process-improvement mindset. - High integrity, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
