Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager, located in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include client interactions, assessing financial needs, providing targeted lending options, processing loan applications, and maintaining detailed client records. Additionally, the role involves identifying new business opportunities and working closely with other teams to deliver optimal service. Qualifications - Customer Relationship Management and Client Interaction skills - Experience in Financial Needs Assessment and Tailored Lending Solutions - Knowledge of Loan Processing, Documentation, and Financial Analysis - Strong understanding of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site and interact with clients in person - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Prior experience in financial services or banking is a plus
