Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales of life insurance products by managing a team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting training sessions for team members, and preparing regular sales performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Qualifications - Strong experience in agency recruitment, sales management, client relationship building, and achieving sales targets - Proficiency in strategic planning, analytics, and problem-solving skills - Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Experience in training and motivating sales teams to achieve performance excellence - Knowledge of life insurance products and understanding of financial markets is a plus - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multi-task effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector will be an advantage
