TSE is a total solution provider in environment engineering and new energy sector promoted by a trusted team of professionals dedicated for innovation TSE offers technically advanced and innovative solutions in waste water treatment water recycling air pollution control air management waste management waste heat recovery and finding clean sources of energy We are hiring for an ambitious aggressive and energetic Business Development Sr Officer Asst Manager to help expand our clientele and meet our revenue growth target in Water Waste Water - Business Development in ETP STP WTP and ZLD with minimum of 3 -5 years experience in having rich knowledge in every aspects of water and waste water treatment design costing proposal He should have similar good experience in INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT WATER O M proposal and Chemicals Spares Designation Sr Officer Asst Manager Deputy Manager-Business Development Lead Generation Location KORBA BILASPUR RAIGARH Key Job Responsibilities Business Growth Client Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to grow the O M business by exploring new leads and identifying potential clients in the target industries Conduct site visits to understand and document client-specific requirements for water treatment solutions Identify and pursue new business opportunities in effluent treatment ZLD systems and power plant O M services Sales Tender Management Manage the process of obtaining RFQ RFI Request for Quotation Information from new clients and converting them into prospective orders Track upcoming tenders lead the bid preparation and ensure timely submission processes Strategy Market Insight Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets and market expansion Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends customer needs and the competitor landscape Compliance Technical Support Provide essential insights and support to internal teams regarding effluent treatment processes ZLD systems and compliance requirements Ensure all business development activities and proposed solutions align with industry standards and environmental regulations Skill Knowledge Required Professional Experience Demonstrated experience in Business Development within the O M Sector specifically related to EPC Contracts Water Chemistry and the operations of power plants and ETP Effluent Treatment Plants Mandatory experience with ZLD ETP O M Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of regulatory changes environmental standards and technological advancements relevant to industrial water treatment Core Competencies Excellent Communication Skills written and verbal Proficiency in Email and Data Analytics for reporting and decision-making SALARY IS NOT THE CONSTRAINT FOR RIGHT CANDIDATES Skills required PPT Advance XLS Strong communication and mailing skills Presentation Skills Convincing skills Lead generation Perks and Benefits Fixed salary plus Incentives Minimum Qualification - BTECH BE Preferably from Mechanical Environment or Chemistry with good presentation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 39 500 00 - 48 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Education Master s Required Experience ZLD EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT O M SALES 3 years Required BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT O M WASTE WATER HEAVY INDUSTRY 3 years Required Language English Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
