This is where you come in. We&aposre looking for a Visual & Motion Designer who can bring bold, creative ideas to life that captures attention and builds trust. Whether it&aposs a scroll-stopping Instagram reel, a slick product animation, or an editorial moodboard, your work will shape how our audience sees, feels, & remembers Propsoch at every touchpoint.

The most important ways to spend time doing this job are

- Creating visually coherent designs that bring our product & marketing stories to life.
- Balancing static design with animated elements to deliver scroll-stopping content.
- Shooting & editing videos to deliver entertaining & informative content to our users.
- Leveraging AI tools to improve design efficiency, impact and productivity.

Your 4-5 core duties in this job are

- Designing and animating social media content, email GIFs, micro-videos, and reels.
- Shooting & editing talking head videos, explainer animations & interactive visuals.
- Producing static designs like icons, illustrations, banners & moodboards.
- Maintaining & evolving Propsochs brand language across all touchpoints.
- Staying updated with video & design trends to evolve the brands creative direction.

What it takes to be successful in this job

- 12 years of experience in videography + graphic design, preferably in a B2C brand..
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with creative ownership & quality.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Recraft (or similar).
- An eye for design principles of composition, layout, typography, colors & storytelling.
