Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of brand collaterals, campaigns, and digital assets

• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across platforms

• Own the design process end-to-end: from concept to execution to delivery

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative

direction with business goals

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability

• Mentor and provide feedback to interns

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (agency

preferred)

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, and creative

problem-solving

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with

motion/UX/UI is a plus

• Ability to think strategically about brand expression while executing pixel-perfect

visuals

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design

decisions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
