About the Role:

As a Visual Designer ,you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling illustrations and animations that enhance user experiences and tell our product's story. We are looking for a talented and creative individual who can bring ideas to life through visual storytelling and contribute to the overall success of our products. What We Seek in You:

  • Illustration and Animation: Create visually appealing illustrations and animations that convey complex ideas and concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product design and development teams to integrate illustrations and animations into the user interface to improve usability and user engagement.
  • Storytelling: Use your artistic skills to tell a story and create a visual narrative that resonates with users and effectively communicates product features and benefits.
  • Brand Consistency : Ensure that all illustrations and animations align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all products and platforms.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Latest Design Trends & Styles: Continuously monitor and incorporate the latest design trends and styles into our illustration library to ensure it remains innovative and aligned with current design aesthetics.

Who You Are:

  • Education: Your portfolio speaks louder than degrees.
  • Experience: 2-8 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a tech-focused environment. Proven experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools and software for illustration and animation to ensure the highest quality output.
  • Personal Mastery: Strong problem-solving skills and an acute attention to detail. Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and insights to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. A passion for growth, constantly seeking knowledge and improvement.
