Job Description CSA - Exam cell Assistant Purpose of Role The Exam Cell Assistant supports the smooth functioning of the Examination Cell by assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of all examination-related activities. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure during peak exam periods. About CS Academy CS Academy, Coimbatore has three campuses. CSA Exam cell Assistant - Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and distribution of examination timetables and seating arrangements. - Coordinate with faculty and departments for question paper collection and verification. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, internal assessments, and exam results. - Support the printing, packaging, and secure handling of question papers and answer booklets. - Help in the organization and supervision of examination halls. - Assist in the processing and publication of results. - Handle student queries related to exams, revaluation, and supplementary exams. - Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of examination data and processes. - Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
