Key Responsibilities - Lead the creation of responses to RFPs and RFIs across CentoTech's portfolio, including public sector and enterprise technology projects. - Support additional writing assignments, such as capability statements, case studies, and white papers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Business Development, Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and Financeto gather information and craft persuasive, client-focused proposals. - Research and interview subject matter experts to develop narratives that effectively communicate CentoTech's value proposition and solutions. - Develop and maintain a centralized content library with templates, bios, logos, case studies, and past performance references. - Work with designers to create engaging visuals (e.g., organization charts, process flows, diagrams) that enhance proposal quality. - Stay current with trends in technology, proposal strategy, and marketing through ongoing professional development. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field; advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years of persuasive writing experience within the Federal Government or enterprise IT market, preferably in AEC domain. - Strong command of MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools. - Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and audience-friendly language.
