About OSCAR Foundation

OSCAR Foundation is a community-driven organization that empowers children and youth through sports and life skills education. We use football as a tool to inspire and motivate young people from underserved communities to stay in school, develop essential life skills, and become role models in society. Till date we have reached out to more than 25,000+ children and youth. 

Your Role

As an Assistant Manager – Fundraising, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with donors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to sustaining and expanding OSCAR's impact across communities.

What You'll Do
  • Fundraising & Donor Engagement – Identify, research, and engage potential donors, foundations, and corporate CSR partners. Build long-term relationships with existing supporters and assist in the fundraising initiatives of OSCAR International.
  • Proposal & Grant Writing – Craft compelling proposals and reports that effectively communicate OSCAR's impact and need for funding.
  • Corporate Partnerships – Develop and manage corporate partnerships, ensuring alignment with CSR goals and brand objectives.
  • Events & Campaigns – Plan and execute fundraising events both online and offline, donor engagement activities, and online fundraising campaigns.
  • Impact Communication – Work closely with the communications team to create powerful donor communications, case studies, and impact reports.
  • Data & Reporting – Maintain donor databases, track fundraising performance, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder engagement - Including donor visit, supporting in student and volunteer internships etc

Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong writing, communication & storytelling skills – can you make people believe in a cause?
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing & donor reporting.
  • Creativity to develop innovative fundraising ideas.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite/Google suite
  • A working knowledge of  using AI, canva/or designing tools for generating reports
  • Passion for social impact & experience in the non-profit sector (preferred).
