Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attend required manager development training. Promote CNX values- walk the talk and lead by example Key skills & knowledge: - Experience in direct Client interaction will be an added advantage. - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule. - Healthcare domain knowledge, Experience in Billing and Reconciliation; Benefit Access will be an added advantage.
