We are inviting applications for the role: Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
Responsibilities
.Creates PO, expedites as the need arises and manages post PO activities.
.Coordinates Inventory counts, adjustments, return process.
.Schedules and revise shipments to meet demand.
.Communicates & aligns with supplier on forecast, incoming material and inventory positions.
.Coordinates and handles complaints drives resolutions through teamwork.
.Clarifies invoice related queries with suppliers and internal partners.
.Relays demand fluctuations and supplier performance to Sourcing teams.
.Ensures supply for all assigned materials, initiate escalations (if needed).
.Acts as an interface between suppliers and internal partners.
.Master data item creation.
.Adherence to the KPI's and business SLA's is mandatory
.Actively looking for the process improvements

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
.Academic qualification: Degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering.
.Must have sound knowledge of English, Good written communication skills.
.Basic understanding of planning-procurement/purchasing process in manufacturing industry. Experience on handling planning and procurement of direct materials.
.Should have practical knowledge of Oracle ERP /SAP modules (Production planning or Material Management module as end user).
.Should have basic knowledge of MS-Office.
.Should have proven experience
Preferred qualifications
.Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
.Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills
.Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
.Must be able to work on night shift.
