Solution Architect

Extropy is seeking a Junior Solution Architect to lead the design configuration and implementation of any AP Automation Procure-2-Pay P2P and related financial process automation solutions The ideal brings strong functional expertise technical acumen and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients The ideal candidate brings deep Basware Esker or similar AP or O2C product knowledge solution architecture experience and the ability to design scalable future-proof financial process solutions Tasks Key Responsibilities Lead the design and configuration of Basware Esker AP Automation P2P and related modules Define a solution architecture that aligns with client s business requirements and Extropy delivery standards Collaborate with technical teams to configure integrations with ERP and third-party applications Provide guidance and best practices for invoice automation procurement and supplier management Conduct solution design workshops with client stakeholders Support UAT training and go-live activities ensuring smooth deployment Troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable solutions Act as a subject matter expert SME for Basware solutions within the project team Key Performance Indicators KPIs On-time delivery of solution design and configuration milestones Successful integration with ERP and third-party systems High user adoption and satisfaction rates post-implementation Reduction in manual AP processes and invoice cycle times for clients Minimal critical issues during UAT and production go-live Positive client feedback on solution workshops and guidance Requirements Qualifications Strong knowledge of Basware AP Automation Esker On-Demand P2P and related financial modules Understanding of SSO API integrations and data migration approaches Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluency in French is highly desirable for this role Experience Education Requirements Experience 4-7 years of experience delivering AP Automation P2P or financial process automation solutions Proven success designing and implementing Basware Esker or similar automation platforms with direct involvement in multiple end-to-end client deployments Hands-on experience integrating automation platforms with major ERP systems SAP Oracle NetSuite or equivalent Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee configuration and UAT phases Exposure to integration design APIs data mapping and workflow rules and familiarity with data migration approaches Experience providing mentorship to junior consultants or configuration resources within a structured delivery framework Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders Education Bachelor s degree in information systems Computer Science Business or related field Advanced education or certifications in Basware Esker or ERP integration preferred Familiarity with tools like Asana SharePoint PowerPoint LucidApp and Visio Benefits Work Arrangement Remote Flexible working with global teams across multiple time zones Travel Requirements Occasional travel for workshops training or project go-lives as required Progression Goal Advance toward full ownership of multi-client or multi-module solution designs demonstrating independent architectural leadership while mentoring junior resources The mid-level Solution Architect should be ready to progress into a Senior Solution Architect role within 18-24 months by consistently delivering high-quality solutions contributing to Extropy s delivery standards and influencing best practices across pods and clients Extropy A financial digital transformation agency in the P2P ecosystem namely Purchase to Pay and Spend Optimization solutions and everything around them Our mission is to help companies transition into an automated paperless environment to improve the efficiency and accuracy of workflows while freeing up valuable human resources from routine mundane tasks to focus on strategic initiatives
