Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Panaji, Goa. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee managing sales pipelines, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, presenting customized travel solutions to clients, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies. The role also involves representing the company at events, building partnerships, and providing feedback on improving service offerings. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Expertise in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Closing Sales - Strong communication and Presentation skills - Ability to develop Sales Strategies and meet revenue goals - Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making - Passion for the travel and leisure industry, with knowledge of offbeat tourism trends - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to adapt and innovate in a dynamic work environment
