Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and interventions.
- Stay updated on educational resources and mental health trends relevant to students.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and practices.
- Basic understanding of mental health issues affecting students.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer software for record keeping and reporting.
