We are seeking dynamic and driven Academic Counselors to join our fast-growing Ed-Tech team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales or counseling within the education sector, and a results-oriented mindset.
You'll be responsible for guiding prospective learners through their journey—from inquiry to enrollment—while meeting talktime and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound and inbound calls to counsel students and working professionals on course offerings.Achieve daily talktime target of 200 minutes through proactive outreach and follow-ups.Drive monthly revenue between ₹6 to ₹10 lakhs through successful student conversions.Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs to ensure a perfect match.Maintain a high conversion rate by nurturing leads with a personalized counseling approach.Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead quality and enrollment success.Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline updates using CRM tools.Requirements:1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, telesales, or inside sales in Ed-Tech or related industries (will be preferred, freshers can also apply)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language.Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.Target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their learning goals.Familiarity with CRM software and call productivity tools is a plus.
