Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Chandigarh. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing reception area operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and handling receptionist duties. The role also involves supervising front office staff, ensuring effective communication and fostering a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills to effectively manage front office staff
- Receptionist Duties including managing the reception area, answering calls, and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Customer Service skills to ensure a superior guest experience
- Reservations management to handle booking inquiries and maintain reservation systems
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with guests and staff efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a supervisory role, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
