We're scaling fast, expanding across geographies, and building a team that moves fast, stays accountable, and solves hard problems with science, data, and AI. We're looking for a Head of People who can build a world-class People function lean, automation-first, and obsessed with talent density. This is not a policies and paperwork role. This is a business leadership role. What You'll Own 1. People Strategy & Org Design - Partner with the CEO and leadership team to design a scalable org structure for the next 2436 months. - Build the foundation for a future-ready People org capable of supporting 250300 employees. - Drive clarity in roles, levels, compensation bands, and career paths. 2. Talent Acquisition (Quality > Speed) - Own the global hiring engine across tech, product, data, GTM, and corporate. - Improve quality-of-hire, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain a strong talent bar. - Build hiring processes, scorecards, assessments, and interviewer training. 3. People Operations & Compliance - Oversee India HR operations (payroll, contracts, documentation, audits), plus light-touch ops for US/EU/AU. - Ensure compliance across employment, benefits, policies, immigration, and security protocols. - Strengthen HR systems: Keka, Navan, Slack workflows, and internal tools. 4. Performance, Culture & Manager Enablement - Build a performance management system that is fair, predictable, and aligned to high standards. - Train managers on feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution. - Keep culture healthy: high trust, high ownership, low drama. 5. Agentic Workflows & People Automation As one of the first AI-native People teams, you will: - Automate onboarding, offboarding, policy queries, surveys, and approvals. - Deploy HR agents to reduce repetitive work. - Build real-time dashboards for headcount, hiring, comp, performance and attrition. 6. Employee Experience - Build scalable onboarding, engagement, and internal communication practices. - Run eNPS, pulse surveys, and action plans. - Ensure employees across all regions feel supported, informed, and set up for success. What Good Looks Like You are: - Someone who has built or scaled HR/People functions at a high-growth SaaS company (100500 people). - Strong across People Ops + TA + HRBP (you've done all three). - Comfortable working directly with founders and making tough calls. - Obsessed with improving talent density not merely filling seats. - Great at simplifying processes, not adding more of them. - A first-principles thinker with high judgment. - Excited by automation and not afraid to replace manual work with agents. - Clear communicator, low ego, high accountability. Must-Have Experience - 812+ years in HR/People roles, ideally in SaaS or tech product companies. - Built teams during scale-up stages (100 250+ employees). - Experience in multi-geo environments (India + US/EU exposure ideal). - Strong knowledge of HRIS, performance systems, compensation structures, and compliance. - Track record of building hiring engines that deliver quality talent. Nice-to-Have - Experience deploying agentic workflows or AI-driven HR processes. - Exposure to marketing/tech/data-heavy organisations. - Worked directly with founders.
