Salary: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- per month, depending on qualification and experience.

Mandatory requirements: Medical background: Bachelors degree in the medical field - MBBS, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Nursing, Ayush, Homeopathy. Additional MBA/MHA in Healthcare Management; Minimum one year of experience in patient care management; Keen interest healthcare management in a patient facing role: to be able to interact effectively with the patient and also work on the administrative side of patient care; Language: Advanced fluency in English - excellent verbal and written communication skills; basics of Hindi and one south regional language.
Outline: The Medical Care Coordinator (MCC) position holds an enormous responsibility in being the first point of contact for our patients. They are the voice of our company and play a critical role in quality care. The MCC is required to work as an effective team player primarily in the home care department of our company to achieve effective interaction with our patients and on-ground medical team ensuring that all appointments and related tasks are fulfilled. A successful MCC would be able to cater to all of our patients&apos needs in a proactive manner while balancing the companys resources and limitations, while also additionally contributing to efficient team management and process flows within the department.
Responsibilities:
Patient side -
- Receiving and answering calls, WhatsApp messages and emails from patients and other related stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of patients&apos needs and strategic care planning.
- Scheduling appointments as per protocol and maintaining accurate patient data.
- Thorough knowledge of areas and locations in Bangalore to aid route mapping as part of home visit appointment scheduling.
- Providing accurate and complete information of our services to patients and guiding patients through correct medical administrative protocols.
- Checking and verifying information on patient medical records.
- Handling complaints and queries professionally.
- Ensuring patient feedback protocol adherence.
- Engaging in continued patient care and other customer engagement activities.
Company side -
- Coordinating with the on-ground medical team for patient appointments and requirements.
- Coordinating with service partners for patient requirements.
- Ensuring that prescription and reports are correctly uploaded on the backend app.
- Ensuring reports and other documents are shared with the patient in a timely manner.
- Monitoring the complete patient life cycle and taking necessary action when needed.
- Liaising with accounts team in ensuring timely payment settlement by patients.
- Maintaining proper data sheets and providing feedback whenever necessary.
- Following process improvement protocols and participating in regular audits.
