Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end tendering processes on the GEM portal and OEM panels. - Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and quotations. - Liaise with departments to gather technical and financial data for tenders. - Monitor tender opportunities and track bid statuses. - Ensure compliance with college policies and government regulations. - Collaborate with vendors and service providers to collect necessary documentation. - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of tender activities. - Support the procurement team in vendor registration and pre-qualification processes. - Assist in negotiation and finalization of tenders and contracts. Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and procurement activities. - Proficient in GEM portal, OEM panels, and e-procurement tools. - Good understanding of tender documentation, government guidelines, and compliance requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously with keen attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: engineering, business, or related fields). - Benefits: Competitive salary and perks.
